How it Works

We often get asked how the process of ordering invitations and stationery works, so here’s a simple step by step guide.

ORDERING INVITATIONS
  1. Take a look at our invitation portfolio to see which design you like.  Don’t forget, small changes can easily be made to any existing design.  Alternatively, contact us for our bespoke service.
  2. Decide what style of invitation best suits your requirements.  For example, will you need something with a pocket and multiple inserts or just a simple flat card if you have just one event.
  3. Decide how many invitations you are likely to need.
  4. Decide whether you would like additional items such as RVSP cards, printed envelopes, maps etc.
  5. Email us with your requirements as per above and we’ll send you over a detailed quote.  You can also visit us at our Leicester studio to view our work and discuss your requirements.  Consultations and viewings are by appointment only.
  6. If you’re happy and wish to proceed, we’ll process your order and ask for payment.  Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.  We’ll then ask you to email us the text for your invitations, after which we will email you PDF proofs for approval before printing.  Nothing goes to print until it has been approved by you.

If you are opting for our bespoke service, we will arrange a suitable time to discuss your requirements either in person at our studio, or via phone/email.  We’ll take the time to acquire your expectations and ideas and talk you through all the different options available.

We will then email you over a detailed proposal and quote and book the job in if you’re happy to proceed.

Consultations are completely free and there are no obligations whatsoever.

  2. Decide which items you are interested in and roughly how many of each you are likely to need.  If you’re unsure, let us know, we are here to help.
  3. Email us with your requirements as per above and we’ll send you over a detailed quote.  You can also visit us at our Leicester studio to view our work and discuss your requirements.  Consultations and viewings are by appointment only.
