What designs do you have and can I have my own design?
We have a large range of designs to choose from in our invitations page. Each design is personlised with your names, date and event details, free of charge. You can also make changes to the colours and fonts at a small additional cost.
Alternatively you can opt for our bespoke service where our design team will create an invitation or stationery to match your exact requirements.
Can I have a photo of me and my partner on the invitations or stationery?
Absolutely. Just send us the photo and we’ll do the rest.
How long does it take to get my invitations?
The majority of time is taken up by the design process. If you are choosing an existing design then, at most times of the year, we can turn these around within 2 weeks of artwork approval.
For a bespoke design, we will provide you with an approximate timescale depending on the complexity of the design.
I need my invitations urgently, is this possible?
Please get in touch. If we can, we will. On occasions, it can be possible to turn invitations around within 1 week or even sooner.
Will my cards be printed in India?
Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on making all our cards in-house. Nothing goes abroad for print.
Will I see a sample of my card before it is printed?
We email PDF proofs of everything before it is printed. Physical samples can be provided at a small cost. Rest assured, nothing goes to print until it has been approved by you.
Where can I view your invitations and stationery?
We would be delighted for you to visit us at our design studio in Leicester. We have a range of items out on display and are happy to talk you through the different options available. Please note that viewings and consultations are by appointment only. Please call or email us to arrange a suitable time.
I won't have time to come and see you in person, can I still place an order?
Definitely. We work over the phone and email all the time.
