GOODS
All goods are bespoke and personalised to your individual requirements. For this reason, only goods that are found to be faulty will be refunded or exchanged.
Every effort is made to ensure we check all goods prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery so that these can be resolved without delay.
DESIGN
All our stationery is personalised. A timescale and fee for design work/personalisation will be agreed at the time of booking and is dependant on the level of design work required.
All stationery is printed in English unless otherwise agreed.
A digital proof of the design work will be submitted and will require signing off before the order goes to print. Two design changes are permitted within the agreed design fee. Additional changes will be charged at £50.00 per hour. Once the digital proofs are signed off, no changes are permitted.
Due to the nature of the print process, final printed colours may vary slightly from those seen on screen or on physical proofs. There may also be slight variations in shade from one item to another. Every effort is made to minimise these small variations.
DELIVERY
A delivery date will be agreed at the time of booking.
There is a standard delivery charge of £17.50 unless otherwise stated. All goods will be delivered by either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Courier Service. Please ensure someone is available at the address supplied to receive and sign for the goods.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you have not received your order as soon as possible otherwise it is deemed to be delivered. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery because it has not been accepted or the customer has not made arrangements for re- delivery, an admin charge for £20.00 will be levied plus the cost of re-delivering the goods.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Pound Sterling. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or bank transfer only.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable before the order is shipped.
COPYRIGHT
The copyright to all designs including bespoke and commissioned work is assigned to RickyDicky Cards. As such, the company will have the right to use these designs for advertising, promotion and other related work.
The reproduction of any work is strictly prohibited without the written consent of RickyDicky Cards.
